Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with real estate developers and prospective clients. The role involves lead generation, consultative selling, conducting client meetings, managing commercial discussions, preparing proposals and work orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure while achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
This position is ideal for a proactive and result-oriented sales professional with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, real estate consulting, or developer-facing sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to independently manage client accounts and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for assigned accounts.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound/outbound sales activities, and market outreach.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Generate and schedule client meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective developers and clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate consulting solutions aligned with their business needs.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Prepare and manage proposals, quotations, work orders, and other sales documentation to facilitate timely closures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding, execution, and client handover.
- Manage client communication throughout the sales lifecycle and ensure a high standard of service.
- Track receivables and coordinate with clients for timely payment collections.
- Prepare and present weekly pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and business updates to management.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent) for pipeline management and sales tracking.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for client presentations.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of proposal preparation, commercial documentation, quotations, and work order management.
- Basic understanding of real estate consulting, RERA regulations, and the developer ecosystem.
- Experience with digital lead generation platforms, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and online prospecting tools.
- Ability to prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance dashboards using CRM and Excel.

· Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Experience in managing the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client
· meetings, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
· Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for sales
· tracking and reporting.
