Business Development Intern – Paid Guest Posts Sales

About Rudravo

Rudravo is a digital-first knowledge and resource platform serving a global audience through ebooks, planners, printables, kids' resources, and other digital products.

We are looking for a Paid Guest Post Sales & Outreach Intern who can help us generate revenue by finding businesses, SEO agencies, marketers, and website owners who want to publish sponsored/paid guest posts on relevant Rudravo website pages.

What You'll Do

Find potential clients who are interested in paid guest posts and sponsored content
Research SEO agencies, businesses, marketers, publishers, and website owners
Build and maintain a database of potential clients
Contact prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Explain Rudravo's paid guest post opportunities
Handle initial communication and follow-ups
Negotiate pricing and placement requirements
Convert interested prospects into paying clients
Coordinate with clients to receive their articles/content
Maintain records of leads, conversations, payments, and published posts
Help develop a repeat-client pipeline

Your Main Goal

Bring paying clients to Rudravo who want to publish guest posts or sponsored content on our website.

This is a sales + outreach role, not a traditional content-writing internship.

Required Skills

We are looking for someone who already understands outreach and basic sales/client acquisition.

You should be comfortable with:

Cold email outreach
Lead generation
Prospect research
Client communication
Follow-up
Basic sales techniques
Negotiation
Maintaining lead lists/CRM or spreadsheets
Professional English communication

Find potential clients independently
Write professional outreach messages
Communicate confidently with prospects
Follow up consistently
Handle rejection and continue outreach
Work toward measurable targets
Turn conversations into actual business opportunities

This is NOT a training role where we teach you sales or outreach from scratch.

Candidates should have practical experience through an internship, freelance work, previous job, personal project, agency work, or similar experience.

Guest post outreach
Sponsored content sales
Link-building outreach
SEO agency outreach
Digital marketing sales
B2B lead generation
Email outreach
Selling advertising or publishing opportunities

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to work toward measurable results such as:

Number of qualified prospects contacted
Positive responses
Sales conversations
Paying clients acquired
Guest post orders generated

This role is performance-oriented.
