Job Opening — Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation, In-House)

Full-Time | On-Site — Remote | Experience: 2–5 years | Reports to: Founder

About Us

Kathputlee Arts & Films is a Delhi-based creative production house working in animation, motion design, corporate films, explainer videos, and branded content for leading Indian and international clients. We are now building our digital marketing function in-house — and we're looking for one person to own it end to end.

The Role

This is not a social-media-posting job. You will own the entire digital lead generation engine for the company — paid, organic, and outbound — with one clear goal: generate qualified inbound business leads every month through a multi-channel strategy.

You will be the single owner of digital growth: strategy, execution, and reporting. You'll work closely with our creative team (who will supply visuals, reels, and portfolio content) so you can focus purely on marketing.

What You Will Own

Meta Ads (Performance Marketing): Full ownership of Meta campaigns — strategy, audience building, A/B testing of creatives and copy, budget and ROI management, and retargeting. You will take these over from our current agency and run them in-house.
LinkedIn (B2B Lead Generation): Grow the company page with case studies, project showcases, and thought-leadership content; run targeted outreach to decision-makers (marketing heads, brand managers, agency owners); manage LinkedIn Ads if budget allows.
Email Marketing (Outbound + Nurture): Build and maintain a B2B prospect database; run cold outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Lemlist; set up nurture sequences and monthly newsletters; track open, click, and reply rates.
SEO & Google Presence: Keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, Google Business Profile management, and monthly performance reporting to build our long-term organic lead channel.
Creative Platforms (Behance, Vimeo, Fiverr, Upwork): Keep our portfolio presence sharp and active so these platforms work as passive lead magnets; manage gigs, RFQs, and inbound inquiries.
Google Ads (Phase 2): Once Meta is stable, launch Search, YouTube pre-roll, and retargeting campaigns.

KPIs You Will Be Measured On

Qualified leads generated per month (across all channels)
Cost per lead (CPL) on paid campaigns
Organic website traffic growth and search rankings
Email open, click, and reply rates
LinkedIn reach, engagement, and conversation-to-lead conversion

Must-Haves

Hands-on experience running Meta Ads — campaign setup, audiences, A/B testing, budget management (mandatory)
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — on-page at minimum
Experience with email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailchimp, or similar)
Comfort with LinkedIn organic strategy and B2B outreach
Ability to read and act on data — Google Analytics, Meta Insights, campaign dashboards
Strong written English for ad copy, emails, and LinkedIn content

Good to Have

Experience with Behance, Vimeo, Fiverr, or Upwork
Background in a creative agency, production house, or media company
Exposure to Google Ads and YouTube advertising
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and search optimization

What You Will NOT Have to Do

Graphic design or video editing — our creative team handles all visuals and reels
Long-form blog writing — content writing support is available separately
