Internal Auditor

Indroyal Group of Companies is seeking CA Intermediate / CA Final qualified (Mandatory) candidates for the position of Internal Auditor. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional to strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, improve operational efficiency, and safeguard company assets across its Furniture & Craft Manufacturing, Retail Showrooms, and Real Estate divisions.

Key Responsibilities :

FACTORIES:

1. Check the Sales Invoices with customer order and the selling prices are approved by authorized executives.

2. Check all trade and any other discount entries passed in customers a/c which should be authorized.

3. Check all local purchases by cash

4. Minimum 3 quotations required for new suppliers purchases

5. Goods receipts should be appropriately checked with quantity and quality.

6. Check Labour attendance and over time payments

7. All location transportation and freight payments need to be checked.

8. Check filing of all statutory returns like GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, other Labour laws and any default in filing and payments to be reported.

9. Vehicle Management, fuel efficiency and maintenance of vehicles need to be checked.

10. Inward and outward movement of goods with Gate pass and purchase and sales invoices need to be checked.

11. Check Bill of Materials for the product costing, Recording of Production receipts, Material issues, analysis of monthly production cost in comparison to actual production of goods.

12. Review Dealers receivable balances and overdues.

13. Check the rebates given to dealers and the approval.

14. Review unsettled supplier advances, if any.

15. Recoverability of all other assets, prepaid expenses, deposits etc. need to be reviewed.

16. Check all signed contracts which are vogue in operations and its authorization by Directors or authorized executives.

17. Check latest bank reconciliation and Inter Unit Reconciliation.

SHOWROOMS:

1. Check the process of approving the retail selling prices and its display in showrooms.

2. Check the discount given to customers from retail prices over and above the authorized discounts and the authorization.

3. Check all Advertisement payments and approval for spending.
4. Check the computer system or manual documents to ensure no other invoice or sales order documents given to customers other than the approved system documents.

5. Check the display of third party consignment stocks, order processing, delivery, invoice making and recording of collection from customers.

6. Check the cash payments from showrooms, nature of payments and approval process.

7. Check engagement of third party delivery arrangement, its payment process and approval.

8. Check the frequency of stock count at showrooms, variation reporting, approval and disposal of variance.

INDROYAL PROPERTIES:

1. Reivew the SPA agreements of all purchasers.

2. Review the selling rate to purchasers, the authorization and approvals.

3. Review the Main and sub-contractors agreements.

4. Check the contractors’ payment certificates and compare with the agreed prices.

5. Reivew all variation invoices, approvals and authorizaiton.

6. Check all cash payments.

7. Check the RERA requirement and compliances.

8. Check periodical GST returns and the accounting.

9. Check Advertisement and Marketing expenses and their approval process.

10. All other Internal control relating to Revenue, Expenses , Assets and Liabilities

Qualification: CA Intermediate / CA Final – Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years (Preferred in Retail & Factories)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
