Full job description

We are New Jersey-based real estate operations and accounting company supporting property management companies across the United States. We provide end-to-end accounting and back-office operations for residential, multifamily, HOA, mixed-use, commercial, and real estate investment portfolios.

Our team works daily with platforms including AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, DoorLoop, CINC Systems, QuickBooks, Zoho, and AI-powered workflow tools.

We're looking for a motivated Accounting Associate who enjoys technology, learns quickly, and wants to build a long-term career in U.S. real estate accounting.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a solid accounting foundation, approximately 0–2 years of accounting experience, who is:

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Detail-oriented and organized
A strong communicator with good written and spoken English
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients during U.S. business hours

Real estate or property management experience is a plus but not mandatory. We'll train the right candidate.

You'll receive hands-on experience with:

AppFolio
Buildium

AI-powered accounting and workflow automation

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com / MCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
0–2 years of accounting experience
Strong accounting fundamentals
Good written and spoken English
Excellent computer skills
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Laptop with reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)

Working Hours

US Shift

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

This is a dedicated full-time remote position.
