Position: Sales Executive – Industrial Abrasives & Engineering Products

Location: Kolkata (Field Sales)

Experience: 3–6 Years

Commute- Should have his own 2- wheeler.

About the Company

Suncorp International LLP is a growing supplier of industrial abrasives and engineering consumables, catering to manufacturing and engineering industries across Eastern India. We provide high-quality abrasive solutions used in metal fabrication, welding, woodworking, casting, railways, automotive, engineering workshops, and other industrial applications.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in industrial B2B sales who can independently manage customer relationships, generate business, and expand our market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Build long-term relationships with industrial customers and distributors.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

Regularly visit existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable abrasive products.
Conduct product demonstrations wherever required.
Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries.

Experience in selling one or more of the following products will be preferred:

Sales Administration

Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
Coordinate with the operations team for order execution.
Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily visit reports.
Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
Prepare weekly sales updates for management.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
Minimum 3–6 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
Experience selling industrial products, engineering consumables, abrasives, welding products, industrial chemicals, cutting tools, or allied products.
Strong understanding of industrial procurement processes.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, MS Office).
Ability to travel extensively for customer visits.

Mandatory Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for daily field visits.
Willingness to travel across Kolkata and nearby industrial areas.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
