Job Title: Corporate Marketing Executive
Department: Corporate Marketing & Business Development
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Block-A, A-60, A Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

RCM Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated Corporate Marketing Executive to support business expansion by generating leads, developing client relationships, and promoting the Company's healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The role requires regular field visits to hospitals, healthcare institutions, diagnostic centres, corporate organizations, TPAs, insurance companies, and other healthcare stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Follow up with prospective clients and assist in converting leads into business opportunities.

Hospital & Corporate Visits

Conduct regular visits to hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, clinics, corporate offices, and healthcare organizations.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with hospital administrators, management teams, doctors, and key decision-makers.
Promote the Company's healthcare and RCM services to prospective clients.
Represent the organization at healthcare events, conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Market Research

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to management.
Identify potential markets and business expansion opportunities.

Marketing Support

Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, health camps, corporate presentations, and awareness programs.
Support branding and promotional activities.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials when required.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily records of client visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly MIS reports.
Update CRM or lead management records accurately.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
Outstation travel will be required as per business requirements.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management) will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Healthcare Marketing, Business Development, Hospital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Equipment Sales, Diagnostics, Healthcare Services, or Healthcare RCM.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in healthcare marketing may also be considered.

Candidates from the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, insurance, TPA, or healthcare services industry will be preferred.
A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Medical Representative (MR), Pharmaceutical Sales, Hospital Marketing, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Healthcare Services, or Business Development.
Candidates with prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) or those having a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of doctor engagement, hospital operations, healthcare products/services, and the healthcare ecosystem.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and corporate clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in lead generation, client acquisition, field sales, and business development.
Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation visits, as per business requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be preferred.
