Marketing & Operations Manager

The Fresher Marketing & Operations Manager is responsible for leading and executing all local marketing, operational, and relationship-building activities in Coimbatore. While the overall marketing strategy, campaign planning, branding, and business direction are designed by the Pune Marketing & Strategy Team, this role serves as the execution leader on the ground.

The individual will ensure that every campaign, seminar, college partnership, and marketing initiative is executed with excellence while continuously providing valuable market insights that help improve future strategies. This position requires someone who takes complete ownership of responsibilities, works independently, solves problems proactively, and represents the organisation professionally within the region.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Content Execution

The manager will be responsible for executing all digital marketing activities at the local level by creating authentic and engaging content from Coimbatore.

Content Creation & Collection

Capture high-quality photographs and videos during seminars, workshops, college visits, and other events.
Record student testimonials, faculty feedback, success stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Ensure all content aligns with the organisation's branding and quality standards.

Social Media Support

Post live Instagram/Facebook stories during seminars and events.
Share real-time event updates to improve engagement.
Coordinate with the Pune marketing team for captions, hashtags, and campaign schedules.

Content Delivery

Organise and deliver photos, videos, testimonials, and event highlights to the Pune team immediately after events.
Ensure content is properly labelled and transferred without delays.

Campaign Execution

Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including:

Instagram
Facebook
LinkedIn
YouTube
Website
WhatsApp campaigns
Email campaigns
Other outreach platforms

Local Creator Coordination

Identify and collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators whenever required.
Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations.

2. On-Ground Marketing & College Relations

One of the primary responsibilities is building and maintaining strong relationships with psychology colleges across Coimbatore and nearby regions.

College Outreach

Visit psychology colleges regularly.
Meet department heads, faculty members, placement officers, and college management.
Build long-term institutional relationships.

Program Presentation

Present and explain:

Academy certification programs
Internship opportunities
Workshops
Career guidance sessions
Seminars

Answer questions professionally and clearly communicate the value proposition of the organisation.

Seminar Coordination

Plan and coordinate seminars from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Booking venues
Coordinating with college authorities
Managing registrations
Preparing participant lists
Arranging standees and branding materials
Ensuring audio-visual setup
Managing microphones, projectors, screens, and internet connectivity
Coordinating faculty and student participation
Managing event flow
Handling guest speakers
Ensuring smooth execution

Event Experience

Create a professional and engaging experience for:

3. Market Intelligence

The manager serves as the organisation's "eyes and ears" in the Coimbatore market.
