Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented CRM & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing CRM activities, lead tracking, sales follow-ups, pipeline coordination, customer records, MIS reporting, and day-to-day sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, lead management, sales coordination, and reporting.

The role requires someone who can independently monitor leads and follow-ups, ensure accurate CRM updates, coordinate with sales team members, and provide management with timely and accurate sales reports.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Lead Management

Manage and maintain CRM data, including leads, prospects, clients, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Enter and update lead information, sales activities, call details, meeting records, and follow-up status in the CRM.
Track leads from initial enquiry through follow-up, demonstration, proposal, conversion, and closure.
Ensure all sales team members maintain accurate and updated CRM records.
Monitor pending, overdue, inactive, and unqualified leads.
Regularly check CRM data for missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect databases.
Ensure proper categorization and movement of leads through different sales stages.

Sales Coordination & Follow-ups

Coordinate closely with sales executives and managers to monitor daily sales activities.
Track pending follow-ups and remind concerned sales team members to take timely action.
Coordinate meetings, school visits, product demonstrations, appointments, and follow-up calls.
Track proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for quotations, proposals, presentations, orders, and related documentation.
Maintain a clear record of customer communication and sales activities.
Support the sales team in ensuring that no important lead or follow-up is missed.
Provide regular updates to the sales team and management regarding pending activities and pipeline movement.

Sales Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
Track leads generated, leads contacted, follow-ups, meetings, demonstrations, proposals, conversions, and closures.
Prepare reports on sales pipeline, pending opportunities, lead conversion, and sales performance.
Generate CRM-based reports for management and sales review meetings.
Maintain sales trackers and dashboards using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Analyze basic sales data and highlight gaps, delays, and pending actions.
Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales activities and pipeline status.
Ensure sales reports are accurate, updated, and submitted within defined timelines.

Customer & Internal Coordination

Handle basic customer/client coordination and communicate queries to the relevant team.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales requirements.
Assist in scheduling customer meetings, product demonstrations, school presentations, and appointments.
Maintain proper documentation of customer and sales-related information.
Coordinate with relevant teams for timely completion of customer requirements.
Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process.

Sales Process & CRM Improvement

Monitor CRM usage and ensure proper adherence to sales processes.
Identify gaps in lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM data.
Suggest improvements in sales tracking, reporting, and CRM workflows.
Ensure timely movement of opportunities through the sales funnel.
Help improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and sales coordination processes.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and business information.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a similar role.
Hands-on CRM experience is mandatory.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar CRM tools.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience in lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and follow-up management.
Good understanding of sales processes and CRM workflows.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical, reporting, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate data.
Experience in EdTech, Education, Publishing, B2B, SaaS, or other sales-driven industries will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
