Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 8:00 PM IST – 5:00 AM IST
Experience: 3+ years
Work Schedule: Night Shift / USA Business Hours

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage day-to-day order processing and customer order support for our e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Shopify and Magento, be comfortable working during USA business hours, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and process customer orders on Shopify and Magento.
Place orders with vendors/suppliers accurately and on time.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, availability, and shipping.
Update tracking numbers and shipment information in Shopify/Magento.
Send tracking information and order updates to customers.
Respond to customer emails and queries related to orders, shipping, tracking, cancellations, and delivery.
Follow up with vendors on delayed, backordered, or pending orders.
Identify and resolve order-related issues.
Maintain accurate order records and ensure all orders are processed within required timelines.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
Escalate complex customer or order issues to management when required.
Perform other e-commerce operations tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations/order management.
Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Magento.
Experience viewing and managing orders, updating order status, adding tracking numbers, and handling fulfillment-related tasks.
Previous experience working in a USA shift / US business hours is strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong customer-service skills.
Good knowledge of order processing, shipping, tracking, and fulfillment.
Ability to communicate professionally with US customers and suppliers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working a full-time night shift from 8:00 PM IST to 5:00 AM IST.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

E-commerce order management
Shopify order processing
Magento order processing
Dropshipping operations
Vendor/supplier coordination
Customer support for US e-commerce customers
Shipping and tracking management
Order fulfillment

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete order-processing cycle. You should be comfortable checking orders, placing orders with suppliers, following up on shipments, updating tracking information, and communicating with customers without requiring constant supervision.

If you have 3+ years of e-commerce operations experience, strong Shopify/Magento knowledge, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working with US customers or US shifts, we would like to hear from you.

Working Hours

8:00 PM IST – 5:00 AM IST
Monday–Friday
