About the role

We build websites and web apps fast, and most of our design work now starts with AI. We are looking for a UI/UX designer who works the same way: someone who can take a brief and come back with clean, on-brand screens in hours, not weeks.

We care about the output, not the tool. If you are excellent in Figma, great. If you design mostly with AI tools and can hand off polished, buildable UI, that is equally great. If you can do both, even better.

What you will do

- Design landing pages, marketing sites, dashboards and web app screens end to end

- Use AI tools to go from brief to concept to refined design quickly, then apply real design judgement on top

- Build and maintain simple design systems: type scale, spacing, colour, components, states

- Deliver responsive designs (desktop, tablet, mobile) that developers can build without guessing

- Iterate fast on feedback, sometimes several rounds in a day

- Prepare final assets and clear handoff specs

What we are looking for

- A portfolio of real web work you can walk us through: layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing

- Strong fundamentals. You can explain why a design works, not just that it looks nice

- Comfort with AI design tools, or a clear willingness to learn them fast, because this is how we work

- Attention to detail. Consistent spacing, aligned elements, correct states, no rushed handoffs

- Ability to work independently and remotely, and to hit deadlines without being chased

- Good written English for async communication

Nice to have

- Figma proficiency: components, auto layout, variables

- Basic HTML/CSS or Tailwind understanding

- Experience working directly with a development team

- Motion and interaction design, or prompt-to-prototype skills
