Full job description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and track course-related information for our students.

The primary responsibility of this role is to regularly review students’ course portals, identify important academic updates and deadlines, and ensure all relevant information is accurately updated on our internal portal.

This is an operations-focused role that requires consistency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail. The goal is to ensure that nothing important is missed.

Key Responsibilities

Regularly log in to and review students’ university or college course portals.
Monitor courses for new assignments, quizzes, exams, projects, discussion posts, announcements, modules, and other academic requirements.
Track all important due dates and deadlines.
Update course information and deadlines accurately on our internal portal.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records for each student and course.
Re-check course portals regularly for new work, changes, announcements, or revised deadlines.
Ensure upcoming deadlines and important requirements are properly tracked.
Flag urgent, unclear, or conflicting information to the relevant team member.
Verify information carefully before updating the internal system.
Follow internal processes and checklists to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Coordinate with the team regarding missing information or time-sensitive updates.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate degree in any field is mandatory.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Comfortable using computers, websites, online portals, and web-based applications.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and common office software.
Ability to read and understand instructions, announcements, assignment details, and academic information in English.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple students and courses simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
Reliable and consistent with recurring operational tasks.
