Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Saltlake Sec V, Kolkata
Experience: 1-2 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Recruiter who can identify top talent, streamline recruitment processes, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple departments. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for hiring the right talent to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

3. Recruitment Operations

Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

4. Employer Branding & HR Support

Promote the company's employer brand through social media and job portals.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and placement consultants.
Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance.
Assist in maintaining employee records and other HR administrative activities.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS software.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
