Profile Overview:

Human Resources at Travclan is a key role which focuses on attracting the best talent, retaining it & planning out engagement activities. The team is a bunch of enthusiasts who actively participate in every activity taking place in the organization along with hiring some of the brightest minds of all time.

Growth Prospects:

Stipend
The internship stipend is structured at ₹25,000 per month for the first three months and ₹30,000 per month for the remaining internship period.

PPO Opportunity
Exceptional performers may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a CTC ranging from ₹5.4 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA, based on overall performance, business requirements, and role availability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end interview coordination and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Schedule interviews, manage interview logistics, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups.
Manage job postings across various job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth joining experience.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of hiring and HR processes.
Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and improving efficiency.
Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Recruitment Process:
1. Group Discussion & Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test, followed by 20-30 minute group discussion round.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits, ESOPs and many other benefits.
