The Position
Under the direction of Organon Cross Functional Expert Lead: ERP Manufacturing & Warehouse Mgmt Solution Architect, this position will be accountable to gather requirement and map business process with the suitable design in SAP systems. Deep expertise is required in Production Planning/Execution (PP/PE) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), able to design and integrate manufacturing and warehouse logistics processes across the supply chain.
This position will be accountable to architect and design solutions for the Production Execution business processes. He/she will be the primary contributor defining solution strategy, design principles, and ensuring the alignment between the business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, as the point person accountable for designing and approving solutions, while ensuring compliance to validation activities in a heavily regulated good practices (GxP) environment.
Support the Cross-Functional Process Expert Lead by designing, governing, and improving end-to-end (E2E) processes across domains. Ensure process harmonization, standardization, and smooth cross-system handoffs across ERP and enterprise data platforms.
Responsibilities
As a Cross Functional Expert: ERP Manufacturing & Warehouse Mgmt Solution Architect, the candidate would serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for Production Execution processes implementation.
EWM Solution Leadership: Own the vision and roadmap for SAP EWM across sites, translating business goals into scalable, compliant designs that improve throughput and inventory accuracy.
Integration Leadership: Orchestrate seamless integration with MM, PP, QM, SD, and TM, ensuring data consistency and robust end-to-end process execution from production staging to shipment.
Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP PP (Production Planning & Execution) and EWM across S/4HANA or ECC landscapes. Configure production processes: MRP, production/process orders, repetitive manufacturing, shop floor execution, capacity planning. Configure EWM processes: warehouse structure, storage bins, RF-enabled picking/putaway, wave management, packing, staging, yard management.

Drive cross-module integration between PP/PE and EWM (production supply, staging areas, kitting, backflushing) as well as with MM, QM, and SD. Design and support interfaces with MES/shop floor systems and material flow systems (MFS) for automated warehouses
Align process standards with XLAs, business KPIs, and compliance requirements. Assess process impacts across ERP and data platforms. Maintain a cross-system dependency matrix for E2E processes. Provide impact analysis for upcoming changes, releases, and cross-functional initiatives. Enforce modelling standards, naming conventions, and process policies.
Ensure proper approvals, documentation quality, and compliance with enterprise controls. Maintain the enterprise process repository and ensure consistent version management. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, Data Governance, and Operations teams.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in PP, PE, QM and EWM.
At least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations involving both modules.
Strong understanding of discrete/process manufacturing and warehouse logistics operations
Experience integrating PP with EWM for production supply and staging scenarios is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of S/4HANA embedded EWM preferred
Skilled in writing detailed Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and collaborating on RICEFW objects with ABAP developers.
Experienced in using agile methodology to bring new solutions though experimental/Proof Of Concept (POC) stages to a realized fully sustained solution.
Strong E2E process architecture and BPMN modelling skills.
Excellent facilitation and cross-functional alignment capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate and coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
