Job Title: Account Relationship Manager
Location: New Delhi
Reports To: Managing Director / Supplier Experience Lead

We partner with leading food and FMCG brands to deliver sustainable and secure food and waste management solutions through a pan-India reverse logistics network and environmentally responsible upcycling processes. As we continue to grow, we're looking for individuals who are passionate about sustainability, customer success, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our food supplier partners, ensuring an exceptional supplier experience while driving business growth and operational excellence.

The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure commitments are delivered, resolving supplier concerns proactively, and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining supplier satisfaction, improving engagement, and contributing to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Supplier Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned supplier accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier queries, concerns, and operational support.
Understand supplier business needs and provide timely, practical solutions.
Conduct regular business reviews and engagement meetings with suppliers.
Ensure suppliers receive a consistent, professional, and high-quality service experience.

2. Account Growth & Retention

Identify opportunities to increase supplier engagement and business volumes.
Support onboarding of new suppliers and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
Work towards improving supplier retention and satisfaction.
Monitor account performance and recommend initiatives to strengthen partnerships.

3. Operational Coordination

Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure supplier commitments are fulfilled.
Ensure operational issues are resolved promptly through cross-functional coordination.
Monitor service levels and proactively address potential disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.

4. Issue Resolution

Manage supplier escalations with professionalism and urgency.
Investigate root causes of recurring issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.
Maintain clear communication with suppliers throughout the resolution process.
Track and report issue resolution timelines and outcomes.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and account activities.
Prepare regular reports on supplier engagement, account performance, and key metrics.
Analyse trends and recommend improvements to enhance the supplier experience.
Support management with data-driven insights and performance updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Food Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, Supplier Relationship Management, or B2B Sales.
Experience in the Food, FMCG, Logistics, Supply Chain, Recycling, or Waste Management industry is preferred.
