Job Description:

The Loan Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana applications and solar project loan applications, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, ensuring timely documentation, and facilitating the loan approval and disbursement process.

The role will primarily involve application processing, documentation, customer coordination, and follow-up. This is a non-target-based role and does not involve any sales or loan conversion targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A. PM Surya Ghar Application & Loan Processing

Assist customers with PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana applications and related solar financing/loan applications.
Guide customers through the application and documentation process.
Collect, verify, and process customer documents required for scheme and loan applications.
Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
Track application status and follow up on pending cases.
Coordinate with concerned authorities, banks, and financial institutions for loan approval and disbursement.
Assist customers in completing necessary formalities related to the PM Surya Ghar application process.

B. Customer Coordination

Guide customers through the application and loan processing procedures.
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
Resolve customer queries related to application and loan processing.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding application status and pending requirements.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding approvals, rejections, document requirements, and disbursements.

C. Bank & Financial Institution Coordination

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions regarding solar loan applications.
Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and documentation.
Ensure timely submission of required documents to concerned financial institutions.
Maintain professional working relationships with banking and financial partners.
Coordinate with bank representatives to resolve application-related issues.

D. Documentation & Compliance

Verify KYC documents and other required paperwork.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documentation.
Maintain proper records of PM Surya Ghar applications, loan applications, approvals, rejections, and disbursements.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, scheme requirements, and applicable banking guidelines.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of customer information and documents.

E. Data Management & Reporting

Update application and loan details in the ERP/CRM system.
Maintain daily records of applications, approvals, rejections, pending cases, and disbursements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
Track the status of PM Surya Ghar applications and loan disbursements.
Ensure that all records and data are updated accurately and on time.

F. Coordination with Internal Teams

Coordinate with the Sales, Documentation, Operations, and Project Teams to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
Share application and loan status updates with the concerned departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing documents or information.
Assist in identifying and resolving issues that may delay application processing, loan approval, or project execution.

G. Non-Target-Based Role

This position is primarily focused on application processing, documentation, customer assistance, coordination, and follow-up.
No sales target or loan conversion target will be assigned to this position.
Performance will be evaluated based on accuracy, timely processing, documentation quality, customer coordination, follow-up, and successful completion of applications.
The employee may be required to support other operational activities related to PM Surya Ghar and solar financing as assigned by Management.

H. Additional Responsibilities

Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct at all times.
Ensure timely completion of assigned applications and documentation.
Maintain proper records and follow established Company procedures.
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any relevant discipline.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of loan processing and banking procedures.
Basic understanding of PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana application procedures will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
Good documentation and record management skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, banks, and internal teams.

Preferred Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.
1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking, NBFC, financial services, customer support, or documentation will be an advantage.
Experience in handling home loans, personal loans, solar financing, or PM Surya Ghar applications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
