Boop Org Pvt Ltd is a growing organization based out of Sector 90, Noida. We are dedicated to building a productive, positive, and collaborative workplace environment. We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Executive to join our team, manage our day-to-day HR operations, and support our team’s growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Executive with 1 to 2 years of prior HR experience to oversee our core human resource operations. In this role, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, end-to-end recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

Note: This position requires prior experience in an HR or recruitment setting. Candidates with no prior experience will not be considered.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Create, post, and manage job postings on job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Screen incoming resumes, conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability, and shortlist qualified candidates.

Schedule, coordinate, and align interviews with relevant department managers and handle interview follow-ups.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or future operational roles.

2. Onboarding & Documentation

Manage the complete onboarding experience for incoming staff, including document verification (ID, education, experience certificates).

Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

Create and update digital and physical employee files to ensure compliance with company policies.

Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and workflow.

3. HR Operations, Attendance & Leave Management

Track daily employee attendance, shift timings, and leave requests on a daily basis.

Maintain monthly attendance registers and coordinate with management/payroll for accurate salary calculations.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding company policies, leave balances, and general administrative queries.

4. Employee Engagement & Office Culture

Plan, organize, and execute team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and workplace events to foster a positive environment.

Assist in conducting exit interviews, processing resignations, and completing formal clearance procedures (F&F).

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or Recruitment Coordinator. (Freshers need not apply).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/B.Com/BA), or a related field.

Key Skills:

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Hands-on experience screening candidates and using recruitment platforms.

Strong organizational skills and strict attention to operational detail.

Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.

Work Schedule & Working Model

Monday to Friday: On-site (Office in Sector 90, Noida)

Saturdays:

1st & 3rd Saturdays: Work From Home (WFH)

2nd & 4th Saturdays: Off / Holiday

Sundays: Fixed Off

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
