What will you do?

Business Development

Identify and target potential clients for AMC sales across multiple industry verticals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, cold calling, and cross-selling activities.
Collaborate with inside sales teams to build a strong sales funnel and drive opportunity conversion.
Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.

Sales & Negotiation

Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements based on customer requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Present and demonstrate IBMS AMC solutions and service offerings to prospective customers.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for AMC customers throughout the sales and onboarding process.
Drive contract renewals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
Analyze customer requirements and tailor AMC proposals to meet operational and commercial needs.
Develop strategies to recover lost accounts and strengthen customer retention.
Provide market insights and feedback to support business growth initiatives.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with service delivery teams to ensure commitments made during the sales process are fulfilled.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align AMC solutions with service capabilities.
Support seamless customer onboarding and handover processes.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service quality and customer experience.

What we look for?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, AMC sales, facility management services, building management systems, or related service industries.
Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, and contract negotiations.
Strong understanding of AMC business models, service contracts, and customer lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
