Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Coordinate with various departments for operational requirements.
Maintain attendance records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Support data entry, document filing, and record management activities.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Arts, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administration, office assistance, or a similar role.
Freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of office management procedures.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP, CRM, or office management software.
Knowledge of basic accounting and invoice processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
