Job Title: Tele caller – Real Estate Sales B2B Business
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead
Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The primary role is to qualify prospects, and schedule a meeting with broker for our mandate projects in Gurgaon. You will be the first point of contact for potential brokers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

● Make 100–120+ New outbound calls daily to potential brokers from provided databases, past inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

● Introduce ongoing and upcoming real estate mandate projects of Realtibulls to brokers and explain them what is in it for them.

● Qualify leads based on brokers interest.

● Fix broker’s appointments with the B2B sales team.

● Follow up consistently with warm leads (cold leads to be nurtured over 15–30 days).

● Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up reminders in CRM software.

● Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs: calls made, connects, qualified leads, broker onboarding and closures assisted.

● Handle inbound inquiries from digital ads, social media, and property portals (e.g., 99acres, Magicbricks, Square Yards) and whatsapp groups.

● Provide basic project information – pricing, floor plans, possession date, RERA registration, amenities, payment plans and broker slabs.

● Overcome basic objections and redirect serious leads to senior sales executives for negotiation or deep details explanations.

● Calling to all database provided by company and submit timely report.

Required Skills & Competencies

● Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory), English (good to have), and Haryanvi/Punjabi (plus).

● Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner.

● Local Knowledge: Basic understanding of Gurgaon sectors, landmarks, real estate micro-markets, and price trends.

● Sales Acumen: Ability to identify serious brokers.

● Resilience: Comfortable with rejections and aggressive daily call targets.

● Tech Savvy: Basic MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp Business.

● Result-oriented: Hungry for incentives and monthly closures.

Eligibility Criteria

● Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (real estate, financial services, insurance or B2C sales preferred).

● Freshers with strong communication skills and local area knowledge may be considered.

● Education: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).

● Must have own reliable smartphone and laptop.

● Should be willing to work 6 days a week (Tuesday off as per company policy).

● Previous experience in calling for real estate projects in Gurgaon.

What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)

● Fixed Salary: ₹20,000- 25,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).

● Performance Incentives:

○ Monthly bonus for exceeding lead to appointment fix and broker onboarding.

○ On-job training on project USPs, objection handling, and CRM.

○ Growth path: Telecaller → Senior Telecaller → Team Lead – Inside Sales (within 12–18 months).

Work Environment (Gurgaon Specific)

● Office location: Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon.

● Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

● Dress code: Semi-formal / Business casuals.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
