JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer Relationship & Sales Executive (CRE)

Department: Sales & Customer Relationship
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time

1. JOB PURPOSE

To generate new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, convert leads into orders, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make a minimum of 60 customer calls per day.
Generate new leads through calling and other assigned sources.
Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations, samples, and pending orders.
Convert leads and customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular communication and good relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams wherever required.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, calling, and follow-up records in ERP/CRM.
Submit daily calling, follow-up, and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely follow-up until the enquiry/order is successfully closed.

Daily reporting: 100% on time
Customer response & service: As per company standards

5. QUALIFICATION

Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduate in any discipline will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM, WhatsApp & Email.

6. EXPERIENCE

0–2 years in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, or Business Development.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

7. REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS

Skills: Communication Telecalling Follow-up Sales Negotiation Customer Handling Basic Computer/ERP

Traits: Target-Oriented Proactive Persistent Disciplined Positive Attitude

8. SALARY

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Additional: Performance-based incentives as per company policy.

9. IDEAL CANDIDATE

A proactive, target-oriented and confident communicator who can make high-volume calls, maintain disciplined follow-ups, build customer relationships, and consistently convert opportunities into sales.
