About the Role

As a Business Analyst at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS), analyzing operational data, and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll be Doing

Producing high-quality research on assigned topics in a timely manner.
Conducting rigorous data analysis and providing valuable insights that would aid Executive decision-making.
Presenting research and data using cutting-edge tech tools for high-value audiences.
Supporting Executive outreach and external relations efforts.
Liaising with both senior internal and external stakeholders (Senior Management, Board of Directors, Business Partners, Governmental Agencies, etc.) to support the Executive agenda.
Creating, reviewing, interpreting Financial/ Business Models
Creating high-impact presentations and other communication pieces as directed by the Executive/ Leadership

What You will need for this position

2+ years of experience in Analytics but we will consider candidates with less
experience if they meet our other requirements
Preferred B. Tech degree.
Candidates must have a background in Business Analysis
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proven experience in data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with database management (SQL preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non- technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the financial services or mobility sector is a plus

Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director-INSA, and closely working with our Operations Team.
