Full job description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist with 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce advertising and marketplace campaign management.

This is an urgent requirement, and we are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience creating, launching, managing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns on at least one of the following platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.

Candidates with actual hands-on marketplace advertising experience will be given preference. General digital marketing experience without marketplace campaign management experience may not be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra.
Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and sales.
Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve sales, conversions, and ROAS.
Monitor campaign budgets, spend, performance, and sales.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement appropriate optimization strategies.
Coordinate with brand and creative teams to collect required campaign assets.
Ensure creatives meet the respective marketplace's guidelines and technical requirements.
Coordinate campaign approvals and ensure timely campaign deployment.
Prepare and share daily campaign performance reports, particularly during major sale periods.
Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Share campaign performance updates and optimization plans with internal stakeholders.
Support campaign execution during major e-commerce sale periods and work within tight timelines.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce advertising, marketplace advertising, digital marketing, or campaign management.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on at least one of the following platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.
Candidates who have personally created, launched, managed, and optimized marketplace advertising campaigns will be strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising and marketplace campaign management.
Good understanding of metrics such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, impressions, clicks, sales, CPC, and campaign spend.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, especially during major e-commerce sale periods.
Candidates with experience handling high-volume e-commerce campaigns and sale-period campaigns will be preferred.

This is not a general digital marketing role.

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on marketplace advertising experience.

Candidates should have personally worked on advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.

Experience with at least ONE of these platforms is required.

Urgent Hiring

Candidates who are currently located in Bangalore will be preferred.
Preferred joining date: 08 September 2026.
Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Bangalore (WFO).
This is a 3-month contract position.
