Customer Support Executive

Company: Hypha Care
Location: Remote - Kerala
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–3 years | Freshers welcome
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Hypha is looking for a smart, proactive Customer Support Executive to join our growing healthcare technology team.

This is a combined Customer Support + Customer Success role where you will work directly with clinics and healthcare teams using Hypha. You will help customers get started with the product, answer questions, solve problems, conduct training, and make sure they get the best value from the platform.

This is not a traditional call-centre or BPO role. You will work closely with our customer success, product, and engineering teams and gain hands-on exposure to SaaS, healthcare technology, software support, product operations, customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and basic QA/testing.

This is a full-time remote / work-from-home position for candidates currently based in Kerala.

What You'll Do

Provide customer support through WhatsApp, phone, email, and online meetings.
Help customers understand and use Hypha's features and workflows.
Conduct onboarding and product training for new customers.
Troubleshoot common software and product-related issues.
Proactively follow up with customers and support product adoption.
Document customer issues, bugs, feedback, and feature requests clearly.
Coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Test product fixes and new features when required.
Help improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

What We're Looking For

0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Service, Client Support, SaaS Support, Technical Support, or a related role.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and an interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and using software products.
Patient and empathetic when helping customers solve problems.
Organized and able to follow up on multiple tasks and customer requests.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of problems until they are resolved.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Currently based in Kerala.

Candidates with previous experience as a Customer Support Executive, Customer Service Executive, Customer Success Associate, Client Support Executive, Technical Support Executive, or Product Support Executive are encouraged to apply.

Remote Work Requirements

Candidates must have:

A personal laptop in good working condition.
A working smartphone.
A reliable, high-speed internet connection.
A suitable environment for customer calls and online meetings.

You may have an advantage if you:

Background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with SaaS products, CRM tools, software testing, QA, or technical troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of web or software applications.
Ability to reproduce and clearly explain software issues to technical teams.
