OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Operations Executive to coordinate project execution, resource planning, material management, team scheduling, and operational processes. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day operations while coordinating effectively between Sales, Procurement, Stores, Technicians, Vendors, Clients, and Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution activities.

Schedule technicians, subcontractors, and field teams based on project requirements.

Coordinate with Procurement and Stores teams to ensure timely material availability.

Track project progress, installation status, and service activities.

Maintain work orders, job cards, and project documentation accurately.

Monitor resource allocation and optimize workforce utilization.

Coordinate with clients regarding project schedules, site readiness, and project updates.

Follow up on pending project activities and ensure timely completion.

Prepare operational reports, project status reports, and management updates.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

Support quality control activities and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.

Coordinate with Finance for project billing, material reconciliation, and project closure activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Project Management Support, Service Coordination, or related roles.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

Security Systems and CCTV

Home Automation

IT Infrastructure and Networking

Electrical Systems

Construction and MEP Services

Audio Visual Solutions

Facility Management

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ERP Software, Zoho Projects, CRM Software, or similar tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
