We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, conducting daily meetings, and ensuring seamless execution of web development, design, SEO, and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage multiple web development, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital marketing projects simultaneously.
Conduct daily Scrum meetings with internal teams to review project progress, blockers, and upcoming deliverables.
Schedule and lead client meetings, gather project requirements, provide regular project updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines.
Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes (MoM), project plans, task trackers, reports, and status updates.
Ensure proper documentation of project scope, change requests, and client approvals.
Monitor team productivity and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Manage project priorities and resource allocation in collaboration with management.
Maintain project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Basecamp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
Ensure quality standards are maintained before project delivery.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance project execution and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or similar role in a digital marketing or IT company.
Experience handling website development, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital marketing projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum practices, and project coordination processes.
Experience conducting Daily Scrum meetings and client status meetings.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Ability to prepare professional project documentation and reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software..
