MPurse Services Private Limited is an RBI-licensed fintech company providing secure, technology-driven digital payment solutions across India. The company offers payment services including Wallets, UPI, Debit & Credit Card solutions, payment collections, bill payments, and business payment infrastructure, with a focus on delivering secure and seamless financial transactions for businesses and consumers.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our reception and front office while ensuring an exceptional experience for visitors, clients, business partners, and employees.

The ideal candidate will serve as the face of MPurse, maintaining a welcoming environment while managing office administration, executive support, vendor coordination, and facility operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Operations

Manage the reception area and ensure a professional first impression.
Welcome clients, visitors, partners, and vendors.
Handle incoming calls, emails, courier deliveries, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements.

Office Administration

Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory, and procurement.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management.
Liaise with vendors for office services and repairs.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of office facilities.

Executive Support

Assist senior leadership with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel bookings and logistics when required.
Prepare meeting rooms and support internal events.
Handle confidential documents with discretion.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and business partners.
Ensure customer queries are directed to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain professional communication standards.

Administrative Documentation

Maintain office records and filing systems.
Prepare administrative reports and MIS as required.
Manage courier dispatches and document tracking.
Maintain inventory records and vendor databases.

Compliance & Office Standards

Ensure adherence to company policies and office procedures.
Support health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and client data.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Hospitality, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Front Office, Administration, Reception, or Office Management.
Experience in corporate offices, banking, fintech, financial services, or technology companies preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
