Relationship Manager / Executive Assistant to Management

Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

About the Role

MGCO Legal is looking for a highly responsible and proactive Relationship Manager who will work closely with the Founders/Management and act as their primary point of coordination. This role requires someone who can professionally handle client communications, coordinate with internal teams, manage schedules, travel when required and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be available to respond to urgent client requirements beyond regular office hours whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client calls and queries professionally.
Be available to attend urgent client calls, including outside office hours whenever required.
Coordinate directly with the Founders on daily tasks and priorities.
Manage meetings, appointments, follow-ups and calendars.
Coordinate with advocates, CAs, CS professionals, government departments and clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build strong relationships.
Travel for client meetings, government offices, banks or other official work whenever required.
Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing matters.
Assist in preparing reports, documents and presentations.
Handle confidential information with complete professionalism.
Resolve client concerns by coordinating with the concerned departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Law, Commerce, Management or related field preferred).
Basic understanding of legal documentation and corporate compliance.
Excellent spoken and written Hindi & English is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Comfortable with frequent local travel.
Flexible to handle urgent client requirements beyond regular working hours.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and email communication.
Smart, well-groomed, and professional personality.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Confident in handling client conversations over phone and email.
Ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and corporate clients.
Strong drafting and email communication skills.
Basic legal knowledge will be a significant advantage.
Comfortable handling urgent client calls beyond office hours whenever required.
Willing to travel for official meetings and client visits.
Highly organized, proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business matters.

Preferred Candidate

Experience as an Executive Assistant, Relationship Manager, Client Servicing Executive or Operations Coordinator.
Basic legal knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized, trustworthy and proactive.

Office Details

Location: Agra (On-site)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month (Negotiable)
