Job Description: Back Office Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Qualification: Minimum Graduate / 12th Pass
Salary: ₹2–3 LPA (Inclusive)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day internal operations, documentation, inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and administrative activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal departments and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process and maintain records of internal orders and transactions.
Update and manage data accurately in internal systems and Excel sheets.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock records.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and requirements.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and administrative records.
Assist with audits and provide required documents and information.
Ensure timely completion of routine administrative and operational tasks.
Support various departments with back-office coordination and documentation.
Handle confidential company information with discretion.
Identify discrepancies in records or inventory and report them to the concerned team.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Basic data-entry and record-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum High School / 12th Pass qualification.
Formal training or certification in office administration/management will be an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome; relevant back-office, administration, inventory, or coordination experience will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹2–3 LPA (Inclusive)
Statutory Benefits: ESIC & PF applicable as per eligibility.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
