Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates across multiple job platforms.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and outbound recruitment calls.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, culture fit, attitude, and growth potential.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Improve employer branding and candidate experience.

HR Operations

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Assist leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Payroll & HR Systems

Manage payroll processing and employee compensation records.
Work with HRMS, ATS, payroll software, and employee management systems.
Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy.
Improve HR workflows through automation and technology.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
Support employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement programs.
Promote company values and healthy workplace relationships.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees.

AI & Process Improvement

Leverage AI tools and automation to improve recruiting and HR efficiency.
Use modern technology to streamline hiring, onboarding, reporting, and communication processes.
Continuously learn and implement best practices in HR technology.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar role.
Strong experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment calling.
Knowledge of HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
Understanding of technology, software development, or coding concepts.
Experience recruiting for technical, software, engineering, or digital roles.
Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven hiring decisions.
Experience building employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
