Admission Counsellor — Premium International School, Greater Noida

IMMEDIATE JOINING REQUIRED

About the Role

We are hiring a warm, self-driven Admission Counsellor to own the parent-facing side of our admissions function at a premium international school in Greater Noida.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who genuinely enjoys sitting across from a family, understanding what they want for their child, and guiding them to a decision. The right candidate combines disciplined lead management with real counselling ability, an instinct for local outreach, and the confidence to represent an international school brand to a discerning Delhi NCR parent.

We are looking to close this role quickly. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be prioritised.

Key ResponsibilitiesK-12 Admissions & Enrolment

Manage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment, across Pre-Primary to Grade 12
Conduct campus tours, parent counselling sessions and follow-up meetings with prospective families
Explain the international curriculum pathway with clarity and confidence — curriculum structure, assessment, and university outcomes
Oversee application processing, student interaction, assessments and offer workflows
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets aligned with the annual admission plan

Lead Management & Enquiry Conversion

Own the admissions CRM: capture, qualify, nurture and convert every enquiry
Make first contact on every new lead within the school's response standard — speed of response is a core performance measure
Track funnel metrics (enquiry-to-tour, tour-to-application, application-to-enrolment) and drive continuous improvement
Design and execute follow-up cadences across calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings
Share weekly and monthly dashboards with school leadership

Branding, Marketing & Outreach

Partner with the marketing team on digital campaigns, open days, admission events and community initiatives
Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions and residential society activations across Delhi NCR
Coordinate content, collateral and parent testimonials for admissions marketing
Identify and execute local brand-building opportunities across Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Noida and the Yamuna Expressway corridor

Institutional Tie-ups & Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with feeder preschools, high-rise residential societies, corporate HR teams and relocation partners
Develop referral networks with paediatricians, activity centres, tutoring centres and community influencers
Work the corporate and industrial belt across Noida, Greater Noida and the Jewar airport corridor for transferee and relocating families
Structure and manage MoUs with partner institutions

Parent Experience

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and newly enrolled families
Ensure every parent interaction reflects the premium, international positioning of the school
Handle parent queries, concerns and escalations with empathy and professionalism
Support foreign-national and NRI families through documentation, transfer certificates and onboarding
Coordinate onboarding and the first-day experience for every new admission

Candidate ProfileMust-Haves

Minimum 3 years of admissions experience at a reputed International, IB, Cambridge, CBSE or ICSE school
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enrolment targets in a K-12 setting
Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR K-12 market and parent psychology in the premium school segment
Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Hindi
Confident presentation skills and genuine warmth in one-on-one parent counselling
Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office and admissions dashboards
Available to join immediately or within 15 days

Preferred

Prior experience at an international, IB or Cambridge school in Delhi NCR
Existing relationships with feeder preschools, corporate HR teams and expat or relocation networks
Experience handling foreign-national or NRI admissions
Exposure to digital admissions marketing and lead-nurture automation

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR regularly, and occasionally outside for admission fairs and outreach
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; specialisation in Education, Marketing, Psychology or Communications is a plus
Own conveyance preferred, given the campus location
