Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Executive Assistant to the Business Unit Head. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day executive support activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and preparation of presentations and reports. The role involves organizing and prioritizing correspondence, drafting professional communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups on decisions and action items. The Executive Assistant will maintain accurate records of expense reports, support documentation and information flow between the Business Unit Head and internal/external stakeholders, and assist in preparing key business reviews and project updates. The individual will also coordinate internal events and reviews, uphold confidentiality, and help improve administrative processes to enhance overall efficiency of the business unit.

Qualifications

Required Tenure: 3 to 6 years of solid corporate experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similarly high-ownership support role.

Executive Support Mastery: Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar and meeting management for senior leadership.

Administrative Excellence: Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, data organization, and coordination of daily office activities.

Financial Diligence: Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.

Communication Skills: Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional correspondence and stakeholder interaction.

Relevant Experience: Relevant experience supporting C-level, Founders, or business unit leaders with prior exposure to board-level or senior-stakeholder communication.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities under deadlines across international time zones.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and high familiarity with digital calendar and project-tracking tools (Excel/Sheets, Notion, etc.).

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Discretion Mandate: High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive business information.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
