About us

Luxury For You is a Dubai based online retailer of designer fashion. We are an independent multi brand

retailer. We sell to customers in the UAE and the United States, with the duties and the returns handled.

Bags, shoes, ready to wear, from the houses you already know.

We run our own technology stack, not Shopify. We are now growing in the United States market alongside the UAE.

The job in one line

You own everything that turns money into orders. Meta, Google, the website funnel, email and WhatsApp

retention, and the numbers that say whether any of it worked.

What you will actually own

Meta and Google, hands on, in the account, every day. Two markets, UAE and US, in two currencies.

Catalogue and dynamic product ads, Performance Max, Shopping, Search, and the feed underneath all of it.

The budget. A mid seven figure annual media budget across both platforms, and the decision of where

every dirham and dollar of it goes.

The funnel below the click. Add to bag, checkout, payment. Today far more people put something in a bag than finish a checkout, and closing that gap is worth more than any new campaign.
Retention. Klaviyo email and SMS, WhatsApp flows, the win back and the abandoned cart. Our repeat rate is the number that decides whether paid acquisition is even affordable.
Measurement you can defend. Platform reported return and actuals
Merchandising decisions that marketing depends on. Which brands and categories to push in which market, and at what price.

Who this is for

Four to seven years in growth or performance marketing, most of it in e-commerce or D2C.
You have personally run Meta and Google accounts. Not managed an agency that ran them. In the account, building the campaigns, reading the data, making the calls.
You have worked on a product catalogue with thousands of SKUs, and you understand that the feed is a marketing asset, not an IT problem.
You use Claude CoWork and know how to run growth end-to-end with automations and connect different MCPs and different software. Take decisions based on what's being presented by AI. This is a role where you have to be very pro-MCPs and other AI automations.
You can do the arithmetic without a dashboard. Contribution margin, CAC payback, blended MER, break even ROAS at a given margin. If someone tells you the return was 4x, your first question is 4x of what.
You use AI properly. Not “I use ChatGPT for ad copy.” You have built something. A script, an automation, an agent, a workflow that does work you used to do by hand. We will ask you to show it.
You will be doing the whole execution on ad accounts with the help of the design team, AI MCPs, and also the ad account interface.
You write clearly and argue with evidence.

Nice to have, not required

IIT, IIM, ISB or equivalent.
Experience selling into the US, Europe or the GCC rather than only India.
Fashion, beauty, jewellery or another high consideration, high average order value category.
Google Ads and Meta certifications, if the work behind them is real.

How we work

You will work inside an AI native stack. We run Claude with live connections into Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4,

Clarity and our own order data. Daily analysis runs on a schedule and produces briefs before anyone opens a

laptop. You will inherit this, use it, and make it better. If that sounds like a gimmick to you, this is the wrong job. If it sounds like leverage, we should talk.

Remote from anywhere in India, on Dubai hours.
One week in Dubai every quarter, on us.
You have a real tools budget and you do not have to ask permission to spend it.
Small team. No layers. You will talk to the founder every day.

What you get

₹25,00,000 to ₹30,00,000 fixed, depending on what you bring.
Performance bonus paid quarterly, tied to contribution margin and CAC payback, not to platform reported ROAS.
Full time employment on payroll, with PF, Form 16, paid leave and statutory benefits. Administered through our India employer of record, so everything lands the way it would at any Indian employer.
Notice period buyout considered for the right person.
Retention bonus at 18 and 30 months.
Tools and AI budget of roughly USD 800 a month, yours to spend.
The first growth hire in the company, with headcount under you as the numbers justify it.

2. A brand spends 100 on Meta and Meta reports 250 of revenue. The bank shows 140 of new revenue that

day. Give us three explanations, and tell us which one you would check first.

3. Show us one thing you have automated with AI. A link, a screenshot, a paragraph. Anything real.

We read every application and reply to every one within three working days.

How we interview

We will be doing a 20-minute intro call, which might be extended to 45 minutes to understand your

experience and knowledge. Post that, we will be doing a second round of the interview, where we will be

asking you a few practical questions from ad accounts, and then a final decision will be sent.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
