Our operational framework is built on stringent quality compliance, sustainable manufacturing practices, and capital protection strategies to serve institutional B2B buyers across global markets. The Mandate Global Head – Domestic and International B2B Corporate Sales and Export Expansion This senior executive role is strategically focused on driving high-volume export expansion, institutional client acquisition, and global supply chain partnerships, with a primary mandate to penetrate the international food manufacturing, processing, and nutraceutical sectors. Key Product Focus Flagship Portfolio: Certified Premium Raw Green Banana Powder Core Products: Certified Moringa Leaf Powder & Organic Health Powders Upcoming Portfolio: Advanced Nutraceutical Ingredients & Dehydrated Agro-Products Target Industries & Sectors Functional Foods & Beverage Manufacturing Baby Food & Infant Nutrition Industry Nutraceuticals & Dietary Supplement Sector Industrial Bakery & Confectionery Manufacturing Organic Food Ingredients & Superfood Wholesalers Strategic Location and Deployment Framework For India-Based Executives The initial 90-day onboarding and market validation phase will operate on a structured Remote / Work-From-Home basis. Upon successful stabilization of the assigned territory and achievement of initial business milestones, the role will transition into a permanent corporate placement at the Company's Strategic Corporate Head Office in Brahmapur, Odisha. For International and Global Executives The engagement shall remain permanently remote within the respective international territories, including the USA (North and South America), Europe, the United Kingdom, the UAE, the Middle East and Africa (MEA), and Asian markets. The role will be supported by mandatory periodic visits to India for corporate board reviews, strategic business meetings, and facility compliance audits. Core Operational Responsibilities Lead the Company's international B2B export expansion initiatives by targeting global food manufacturing companies, industrial ingredient buyers, multinational food processing organizations, and institutional procurement networks. Develop and execute commercial sales pipelines for both the Company's existing certified product portfolio (Raw Green Banana Powder & Moringa Powder) and upcoming organic product lines across domestic and international wellness, FMCG, food processing, baby food, and institutional sectors. Establish, develop, and manage high-value corporate relationships with international distributors, importers, superfood wholesale networks, institutional procurement teams, and global purchasing heads. Negotiate, structure, and finalize commercial agreements in strict compliance with the Company's risk mitigation policy, including the mandatory requirement of a 70% Advance Payment prior to commencement of production for both domestic and export consignments. Coordinate closely with internal production, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, finance, and maritime logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and timely cross-border deliveries. Professional Qualifications and Experience Minimum 3 to 7+ years of proven experience in B2B Corporate Sales, Institutional Business Development, Agro-Commodity Trading, Food Ingredients, or Export Operations, preferably with specialized experience in Functional Foods, Baby Food, Nutraceuticals, Bakery, & Organic Ingredients Industry. Established professional network within global food ingredient markets, industrial food processing companies, import-export organizations, procurement agencies, or domestic FMCG purchasing ecosystems. Strong commercial negotiation capabilities with practical knowledge of international trade finance, export documentation, Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC) operations, and international commercial transactions. Excellent command of English, strong interpersonal communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage territory-wise revenue performance and business development strategies. Compensation, Incentives, and Career Progression Phase 1 – First 90 Days The initial engagement shall operate under a structured performance-linked Net Profit Sharing Model, calculated strictly on realized sales revenue and metric tonnage achieved in accordance with the Company's approved commercial framework. Phase 2 – Long-Term Executive Career Progression This engagement is designed as the foundation for long-term executive leadership within Jaydeep Organic Productions Private Limited. Upon successful stabilization of domestic and international operations and achievement of predefined corporate milestones, the role shall transition into a permanent executive appointment with a competitive fixed corporate salary, performance-based incentives, annual bonuses, statutory benefits, infrastructure allowances, executive privileges, and opportunities for international business travel, global trade exhibitions, and strategic corporate representation.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
