Job Summary:

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role involves supervising administrative staff, optimizing office procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all general administrative functions, ensuring efficient and effective office operations.
Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks, fostering a productive and positive team environment.
Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effectiveness for office supplies, equipment, and services.
Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring favorable terms and high-quality service.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and functional workspace.
Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and company events, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
Handle confidential information and documents with discretion and integrity.
Support various departments with administrative tasks, project coordination, and data management as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant legal requirements within the office environment.
Implement and manage record-keeping systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
