Broad Function:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise sales Manager with strong and proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offerings in BFSI sector.

As a Enterprise sales Manager, you will empower leading BFSI institutions with innovative, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to):

New Business Acquisition & Account Growth:

Drive new logo acquisition across tier 1/ tier 2 (large & mid-size) bfsi accounts.
BFSI enterprises by identifying, prospecting, and converting high-value business opportunities.
Develop high-potential accounts through strategic relationship building, cross-selling, and solution-led engagement to expand wallet share and create sustainable, long-term revenue growth.

CXO Engagement & Consultative Selling:

Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Business Heads, Technology Leaders, and other senior stakeholders across BFSI organizations.
Adopt a consultative selling approach to understand business challenges and align enterprise solutions with strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, operational efficiencies, customer experience goals, and digital transformation initiatives.

Large Enterprise Deal Ownership:

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation deals end-to-end, from opportunity identification and qualification through solution discussions, commercials, negotiations, and contract closure.
Effectively navigate long and complex sales cycles involving multiple business and technology stakeholders while maintaining momentum toward successful closure of high-value contracts.

Pipeline Development & Ecosystem Networking:

Build, manage, and sustain a healthy sales pipeline with clear visibility across different stages of the sales funnel. Generate opportunities through industry networking, strategic partnerships, BFSI events, referrals, existing relationships, and proactive outreach, while continuously strengthening the organization's presence and connections within the BFSI ecosystem.

RFP & Executive Proposal Leadership:

Own and coordinate the end-to-end RFP/RFI and proposal process, working with relevant internal stakeholders to develop compelling and differentiated responses. Lead solution positioning, proposal creation, executive presentations, commercial structuring, negotiations, and competitive differentiation to improve overall deal conversion.

Cross-Functional Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams throughout the sales lifecycle. Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, solutions are appropriately positioned, business value is effectively articulated, and there is a seamless transition from sales closure to implementation and delivery.

Market Intelligence & Go-To-Market Strategy:

Continuously track BFSI market trends, competitor movements, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and evolving customer needs. Translate market insights into actionable inputs for the go-to-market strategy, strengthen competitive positioning, identify whitespace opportunities, and support the development of new propositions and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Desired Experience/Qualification:

6-12 years of experience in business development / sales roles within BFSI domain, exp in selling CRM, CCM, DMS, CX platforms, FinTech, Digital transformation, IT services
Strong track record of driving new business acquisition, consistently achieving revenue targets, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Hands-on experience selling SaaS, CCM, CX Platforms, CRM, DMS, HRMS, FinTech, IT Services, and Digital Transformation solutions within the BFSI sector.
Established relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across leading banks, NBFCs, and insurance organizations.
Ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders with strong communication, consultative selling, and commercial negotiation capabilities.
Demonstrates strong business acumen, accountability, and the ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end.
