We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth employee operations. This role involves recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave tracking, employee engagement, and supporting managers and employees with HR-related requirements.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit
Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and hiring documentation
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure required documents and information are collected
Maintain accurate employee databases, attendance, leave, probation, and contract records
Handle employee queries related to leave, attendance, onboarding, policies, and HR processes
Track employee probation periods, confirmations, promotions, salary revisions, and contract renewals
Coordinate resignation, notice periods, exit formalities, and required documentation
Maintain HR trackers and reports using Excel/Google Sheets or HRMS platforms
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
Monitor employee compliance with company processes and documentation requirements
Coordinate with Team Leads, Managers, and Operations teams on employee-related matters
Prepare regular HR reports and provide management with accurate employee data and updates
Identify operational gaps and improve HR processes for better efficiency and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple HR activities and deadlines simultaneously
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a remote environment
Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations is an advantage
