Job Description

What you can look forward in this role:

HR Operations & Payroll

End to end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
Payroll input validation and coordination for PF, ESI, and PT

Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

Compliance with Factories Act and TN Shops & Establishments Act
Maintenance of statutory registers, filings, and records
Support during inspections, audits, and government authority visits

Contract Labour & Industrial Relations

CLRA compliance as Principal Employer
Contractor licensing, wage registers, manpower documentation
Grievance handling, misconduct investigations, and disciplinary actions

Administration, Facilities & SEZ HR

Site administration: canteen, transport, access control, ID management
Vendor and facilities coordination
SEZ manpower reporting and inspection support from HR perspective

Role Positioning & Leadership Profile

Highly operational, shopfloor focused role with execution accountability
No policy ownership, company secretary, or governance responsibility
Strategic/legal matters escalated to BU or Regional HR
Requires 10+ years manufacturing HR experience, strong labour law & IR expertise, hands on leadership, audit confidence, integrity, and clear communication

Your profile as HR:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (HR) or equivalent with 12-15 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent & Leadership Development, Performance & Succession Management, HR Governance, Policy & Compliance, Employee Engagement & Culture Building, Data Driven Decision Making and DEI portfolio.
