Full job description

We are looking for a creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented Visualiser cum Graphic Designer to join our brand and marketing team for a retail and luxury jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities of a Visualiser

Develop strong visual concepts, layouts, and creative directions based on briefs

Design creatives for digital, print, branding, and social media platforms

Work closely with content, photography, video, and marketing teams for smooth execution

Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual storytelling across campaigns

Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and advertising innovations

Oversee shoot execution, creative quality, and vendor coordination

Manage multiple projects, timelines, and production budgets efficiently

Handle day-to-day in-house creative requirements including:

* Store collaterals

* Posters and standees

* Event branding and collaterals

* Offer creatives

* WhatsApp creatives

* Instagram stories and reel covers

* Festival creatives and wishes

* Store announcements

* Product highlight creatives

* Regional communication

* Print adaptations

* Outdoor branding

* Packaging and retail communication

And any other creatives as per the brand requirement.

Production & Vendor Coordination

* Coordinate with print and fabrication vendors for production execution within approved budgets

* Manage production costing and ensure cost-effective execution of creatives and collaterals

* Supervise artwork adaptation, print outputs, sizing, and finishing details

* Ensure quality control across all printed and fabricated materials

AI-Assisted Creative Workflows

Use AI tools for:

* Moodboard creation

* Concept ideation

* Visual references

* Creative exploration

* Presentation development

Additional Responsibilities

* Support seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, launches, and retail

communication

* Stay updated with trends in design, fashion, luxury retail, advertising, and AIassisted creative workflows

* Assist in retouching supervision and visual quality checks wherever required

Requirements

* 4–6 years of experience in visualisation, graphic design, branding, or creative

direction

* Prior experience with jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands

preferred

* Formal education in Art, Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts, or a related

creative field from a recognised art/design institute.

◦ Printing and fabrication processes

* Ability to translate ideas and briefs into refined visual concepts

* Good presentation and conceptual thinking skills

* Ability to adapt across different campaign styles and formats

Software & Tools

Proficiency in:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe InDesign

* Canva / Presentation tools

Preferred:

* Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and workflows

Soft Skills

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Highly organised and proactive

* Comfortable working in a collaborative yet lean in-house setup

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Team Structure & Collaboration

This is an in-house creative role within the brand and marketing team. While

there is currently no dedicated in-house creative department, the candidate will

work closely with:

* Marketing Manager

* Marketing Assistant

* Photographer

* VM (Visual Merchandising) team

* External creative and advertising agencies

* Printers and production vendors

The role requires someone who is collaborative, adaptable, hands-on, and

capable of independently driving creative execution across multiple brand and

retail requirements.

Preferred Qualities

* Strong understanding of luxury and jewellery visual language

* Passion for branding, design, fashion, and emerging creative technologies

* Ability to balance creativity with execution and timelines

* Interest in retail branding, campaigns, and customer-facing communication

* Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and visual consistency

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
