Full job description

Photo Specialist & Coordinator

You will serve as a coordinator for one of Oodio's key enterprise OTT account serving India, APAC, and SSA/MENA . The position requires executing photographic stills & video post-production workflow for the account.

It is a client-facing role that involves curating and organizing images that can be used to promote a title and the talents involved. The role also involves carrying out requests that are outside work hours.

Timings

Monday to Friday (9 AM - 7 PM)
Saturday (9 AM - 1:30 PM)

This is an on-site role. There is no option to work from home.

Hiring Process

Telephonic interview
Hiring Tests & HR Interview. This will be conducted at Oodio Office Premises. The candidates will have to attend the hiring session from 10:30 AM-3 PM.

We are open to online if the candidate has a good internet connection and if he/she is out of Bangalore at that point in time.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a title from ingesting data till delivering the colour-graded output.
Curation of images shot on the film set. It requires an understanding of what images could drive the marketing for the title forward.
Retouching images in Photoshop to bring the images to a presentable manner.
Keep track of assigned titles independently, executing action items that can take the title to finish
Coordinating between team members to distribute timely tasks and pick up tasks if the team requires assistance.
Fulfillment of ad-hoc and timely requests that come outside of work hours in a smooth and orderly fashion with the highest possible quality.
Ideating and executing visually appealing stills-based creatives for use during the campaign phase of a series or film.
Acting as a liaison between the client, Oodio, and external contractors to successfully complete projects requiring specialized expertise.
Garner a comprehensive knowledge of photo and video post-production to service any request of the client.
