Location: Saket, New Delhi

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, analytical, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with luxury brands and possess a deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, content trends, and platform growth strategies.

This role requires someone who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to build brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's vision and business goals.
Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create content calendars and oversee the planning, execution, and publishing of high-quality content.
Stay updated on social media algorithms, platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, styling, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Drive influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiatives.
Monitor social listening, audience engagement, and online reputation management.
Lead campaign reporting and provide actionable insights based on analytics.
Identify innovative opportunities to increase organic growth and community engagement.

Requirements

5–6+ years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, beauty, or luxury retail brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging social media platforms.
In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, content distribution strategies, and platform-specific growth tactics.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Strong content planning, storytelling, and brand communication skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing influencer partnerships and creator collaborations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and social media management tools.
Knowledge of AI-powered content tools and emerging digital technologies.
Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and premium brand positioning.
Strong visual sensibility and awareness of fashion, lifestyle, and luxury trends.
