Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional ( Sr. Engineer - Asst. Manager ) to drive sales of HVAC and air filtration solutions, including AHUs, Kitchen Exhaust Units, and Chemical Filter Units. The role involves generating business opportunities, engaging with consultants, end-users, and project management companies, evaluating tenders and RFQs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and MIS reporting tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Experience in Business Development, Sales of HVAC & related products like Air Handling Units (AHUs), Kitchen Exhaust Units, Chemical Filter Units.

· Would be able to manage and generate business through a team of Engineers.

· Role involves meeting end-users, consultants, project management companies to generate inquiries to provide complete solutions & specify the product at the tender stage.

· Candidate shall interact with multiple departments to review, discuss the scope, and estimate basis and consult on company estimating methods/procedures. He shall be able to study and offer the best suitable product.

· As and when required utilize inputs from R&D, Production, Quality and Purchase departments to develop technical proposals. Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments.

· Evaluate Tender / Bid / RFQ documents technically & commercially.

· Managing activities pertaining to negotiations / finalization of deals (techno-commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing. Have strict control on Cash flow.

· Analytical thinking/problem solving skills, decision making, convincing skills. Candidate will be having dual reporting to respective regional sales managers & product managers in HO.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Experience: 5–12 Years
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and air filtration products.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
Ability to evaluate technical and commercial requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
