DC Staffing Solutions Inc. is a growing Canadian staffing and recruitment agency specializing in transportation, trucking, logistics, warehousing, and general labour staffing across Canada.

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who will primarily focus on growing our LinkedIn presence, strengthening our company brand, generating B2B sales leads, and connecting our business with Canadian decision-makers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn marketing and knows how to turn content, networking, and outreach into qualified business opportunities.

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to make DC Staffing Solutions one of the strongest staffing brands on LinkedIn within our target industries.

You will manage and optimize our LinkedIn Company Page, create engaging content, increase followers organically, identify potential Canadian clients, and generate qualified B2B leads for our sales team.

Your success will be measured by business growth, not simply posting content.

Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Company Page Growth

Manage and optimize the DC Staffing Solutions LinkedIn Company Page.
Improve the company's profile, banner, description, services, keywords, and overall branding.
Develop strategies to increase organic LinkedIn followers from relevant industries.
Publish consistent and high-quality LinkedIn content targeting Canadian businesses.
Create educational, recruitment, logistics, trucking, and staffing-related posts.
Design professional graphics, carousels, short videos, and company updates.
Increase engagement through comments, discussions, and industry participation.
Monitor competitor LinkedIn pages and identify content opportunities.

B2B Lead Generation

Identify Canadian companies that require staffing services.
Research transportation, trucking, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics companies across Canada.
Find HR Managers, Operations Managers, Warehouse Managers, Transportation Managers, and business owners through LinkedIn.
Build targeted prospect lists for the sales team.
Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
Maintain accurate prospect databases with contact information and company details.
Support outbound LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Qualify leads before passing them to the Business Development team.

Content & Brand Building

Develop a monthly LinkedIn content strategy.
Write professional posts that position DC Staffing Solutions as an industry expert.
Create content around:
Staffing solutions
Hiring trends
Trucking recruitment
Warehouse staffing
Logistics workforce challenges
Employee success stories
Client value propositions
Canadian employment insights
Repurpose content into newsletters and other digital marketing materials.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all LinkedIn communication.

Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:

LinkedIn follower growth
Post reach and impressions
Engagement rate
Profile visits
Qualified B2B leads generated
Number of decision-makers identified
Meetings generated from LinkedIn campaigns
Content performance
Lead conversion opportunities
Growth recommendations

Candidate Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, or B2B Lead Generation.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Company Pages and personal branding strategies.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
Proven experience generating B2B leads through LinkedIn.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong research and internet prospecting abilities.
Experience creating professional business content.
Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, LinkedIn expertise, and previous B2B lead generation performance.

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives may be offered based on qualified leads, meetings generated, and measurable LinkedIn growth.
