Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help students achieve their international education goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, counselling, and follow-up skills, with the ability to convert enquiries and leads into successful student applications.

This is a target-driven sales role where you will manage leads, understand student requirements, recommend suitable study-abroad options, and guide students through the application process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to student enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, and other channels.
Contact assigned leads promptly and maintain regular follow-ups.
Understand students' academic background, career goals, budget, and preferred destination.
Counsel students regarding suitable countries, universities, colleges, and programs.
Explain course details, eligibility, tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation, visa requirements, and career opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into applications and admissions.
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline until application submission and enrolment.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the documentation and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Conduct regular follow-up calls and meetings with prospective students.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
Stay updated on changes in international education, admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and university offerings.
Generate referrals and contribute to overall branch sales growth.
Provide excellent student service throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation ability.
Good telephone and face-to-face counselling skills.
Ability to confidently handle objections and convert prospects.
Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple student enquiries simultaneously.
Good English communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in study abroad / overseas education / education consultancy / sales is an added advantage
Candidates with strong experience in tele-sales, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality, or other target-based sales roles may apply.
Knowledge of destinations such as Ireland, UK, Germany, Malta, Australia, Canada, Europe, or other international study destinations will be an advantage.
