Full job description

. Key Responsibilities

A. Social Media Marketing

Manage Breeze Rehab’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars covering rehabilitation services, patient education, awareness campaigns, success stories, events, and centre activities.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics, and educational content.
Coordinate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, doctors, and other clinical professionals to develop accurate healthcare content.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries and ensure timely responses.
Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

B. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other appropriate platforms.
Generate qualified enquiries for rehabilitation services and programmes.
Monitor campaign budgets, cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall return on marketing expenditure.
Test different audiences, creatives, advertisements, landing pages, and campaigns to improve results.
Coordinate with the front-office/marketing team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.

C. Content Marketing

Develop healthcare-related content that is informative, ethical, patient-friendly, and aligned with the centre’s services.
Prepare content for:
Social media
Website
Blogs
Google Business Profile
WhatsApp campaigns
Patient awareness campaigns
Videos and reels
Ensure all content maintains professional healthcare communication standards and does not make misleading medical claims.

D. Website & SEO

Maintain and update website content in coordination with the website team.
Identify opportunities to improve search engine visibility.
Conduct basic keyword research and implement on-page SEO practices.
Monitor website traffic, enquiries, landing-page performance, and user engagement.
Work toward improving local search visibility for rehabilitation-related services.

E. Google Business Profile & Online Reputation

Maintain and regularly update the centre’s Google Business Profile.
Publish relevant updates, photographs, services, and educational content.
Monitor Google reviews and coordinate appropriate responses.
Develop strategies to increase genuine patient reviews and online reputation.

F. WhatsApp & Digital Communication

Support WhatsApp-based marketing campaigns and patient enquiry communication.
Prepare promotional and educational messages in coordination with management.
Maintain proper lead records and ensure digital enquiries are forwarded to the appropriate team.
Follow applicable privacy and consent requirements while handling patient-related information.

Lead Management & Conversion

The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing and Front Office teams to ensure that digital enquiries are converted into appointments and admissions.

Responsibilities include:

Record and track leads received through digital channels.
Categorize leads according to service requirement and location.
Monitor follow-up status.
Identify reasons for lost or unconverted leads.
Prepare weekly and monthly lead-conversion reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

The candidate must maintain regular reports covering:

Number of digital enquiries
Source of enquiries
Cost per lead
Qualified leads
Appointments generated
Admissions/conversions
Social media growth
Website traffic
Google Business Profile performance
Advertising expenditure
Campaign-wise performance
Conversion percentage

The candidate will present performance reports to the Marketing Manager / Centre Head as required.

5. Required Skills

Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics/GA4.
Good content-writing and communication skills.
Ability to create or coordinate creation of reels, videos, posters, and graphics.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Ability to analyse campaign data and prepare reports.
Good English communication skills.
Knowledge of Telugu/Hindi will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

6. Educational Qualification

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Preferred:

Certification/course in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, clinics, wellness, or related sectors will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong practical digital marketing skills may also be considered.

Advertising campaign performance.
Timely submission of marketing reports.
Overall contribution to patient acquisition and brand visibility.
