Job Description: Operations & Implementation Manager (Technology Startup)

About the Company

We are building India’s first integrated Fire Compliance Technology Platform that digitises the complete fire safety lifecycle—from Audit and Gap Analysis to BOQ Generation, Quotation, Execution Tracking, Documentation, and Fire NOC Compliance.

Our mission is to transform a traditionally fragmented and manual industry into a technology-driven ecosystem that delivers transparency, efficiency, and compliance for builders, MSMEs, commercial establishments, and facility owners across India.

This is an opportunity to join a startup at an early stage and work directly with the founder to build and scale a category-defining technology platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-focused Operations & Implementation Manager who can act as the bridge between the Founder, software development team, vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into execution and that all stakeholders work in alignment towards the company’s objectives.

This role combines elements of operations management, project coordination, product implementation, testing, vendor management, and technology adoption.

You will work directly with the Founder and play a critical role in transforming ideas into successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Vision to Execution

* Understand the founder’s vision, business objectives, and operational requirements.

* Convert ideas and requirements into actionable tasks and implementation plans.

* Coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders.

* Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

2. Technology & Software Coordination

* Work closely with the software development company and technology partners.

* Communicate business workflows and operational requirements effectively.

* Coordinate implementation of new features and enhancements.

* Review completed modules and ensure they align with intended business logic.

* Participate in discussions related to product development, implementation, and improvements.

3. Product Testing & Quality Assurance

* Conduct end-to-end testing of software modules and workflows.

* Identify:

* Bugs

* Workflow gaps

* Logic errors

* User experience issues

* Missing requirements

* Document observations and coordinate corrective actions with developers.

* Ensure quality before deployment and release.

4. Implementation & User Adoption

* Support internal teams in adopting and effectively using the platform.

* Conduct demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding activities.

* Gather user feedback and recommend improvements.

* Ensure successful transition from manual processes to digital workflows.

5. Vendor & Freelancer Management

Coordinate and manage interactions with:

* Software development partners

* UI/UX designers

* Digital marketing agencies

* Content creators

* Consultants

* Other service providers

Ensure:

* Clear communication of requirements

* Timely delivery of tasks

* Quality of deliverables

* Accountability and follow-up

Educational Qualifications (Preferred)

* Bachelor’s Degree in:

* Information Technology (IT)
