Full job description

We are looking for an HR & Admin professional to manage day-to-day administration, coordination, employee support, and HR activities at our Bhopal Corporate Office. The role will primarily focus on administrative coordination, follow-ups, documentation, office management, and management support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and corporate office operations.
Coordinate with internal departments, plant, management, employees, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Handle stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, office supplies, and facility-related requirements.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, accommodation, and official arrangements.
Manage vendor coordination, follow-ups, and service-related requirements.
Maintain HR and administrative records, documents, files, registers, and MIS.
Support employee joining formalities, onboarding documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR activities.
Coordinate employee requirements and ensure timely resolution of HR/admin concerns.
Follow up with departments on pending tasks and provide regular updates to management.
Support management in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Ensure proper office discipline, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the corporate office.
Prepare regular administrative reports and MIS.

Key Result Areas & Key Performance Indicators (KRA & KPI)

Office Administration: Smooth day-to-day office operations and timely completion of administrative requirements.
Internal Coordination: Effective coordination and follow-up with departments, plant, employees, and management.
Employee Support: Timely resolution of employee HR and administrative requirements.
Vendor Coordination: Timely follow-up with vendors and service providers and proper closure of requirements.
Office Maintenance: Proper upkeep of office facilities, housekeeping, stationery, utilities, and other resources.
Documentation & Records: Accurate and timely maintenance of HR and administrative records.
Management Support: Timely completion of tasks, follow-ups, reports, and requirements assigned by management.
MIS & Reporting: Accurate and timely preparation and submission of administrative reports and MIS.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR/Admin preferred.
5–10 years of experience in HR & Administration, Office Administration, or Coordination.
Mandatory Food/Feed industry experience – Animal Feed, Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, Food Processing, Agro-Processing, etc.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong administration and coordination experience is preferred over core recruitment experience.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
