Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 5–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5–6 years of proven experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the Bronet Group of Companies in India and the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling multiple business units, diverse positions, bulk hiring, specialized positions, and senior-level recruitment. The candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, working closely with Management, HODs, and hiring managers, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Experience with ATS, AI-powered recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment analytics is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Group Company Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple companies and business units within the Group.
Handle recruitment requirements across India and the UAE.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments and business verticals.
Coordinate with Management, HODs, and reporting managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on business requirements.
Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closure of positions.
Manage recruitment for junior, mid-level, senior, managerial, and critical positions.

2. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to selection, offer, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other relevant channels.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and candidate assessments.
Evaluate candidates based on experience, job requirements, communication skills, cultural fit, and organizational needs.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, HODs, and Management.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

3. Talent Pipeline Development

Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
Develop talent pools for critical and frequently recruited positions.
Build strong relationships with universities, placement agencies, recruitment consultants, and professional networks.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies.

4. Employer Branding & Recruitment Activities

Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to strengthen the employer brand across digital platforms.
Support career fairs, campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
Promote the Bronet Group as an attractive employer to potential candidates.
Contribute to initiatives that improve candidate engagement and the overall candidate experience.

5. Recruitment Technology & AI

Effectively use ATS platforms to manage candidate records, recruitment workflows, interview stages, and hiring status.
Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools for candidate sourcing, resume screening, candidate matching, and recruitment process optimization.
Identify and implement modern recruitment technologies and sourcing techniques to improve hiring efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS and recruitment database.

6. Recruitment MIS & Analytics

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, including:
Time-to-Hire
Time-to-Fill
Cost-per-Hire
Source Effectiveness
Offer-to-Joining Ratio
Recruitment Pipeline
Vacancy Status
Hiring Progress
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to Management.
Identify recruitment challenges and recommend improvements to the hiring process.

7. Compliance & Process Management

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and established HR processes.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential candidate documentation.
Coordinate background verification and pre-employment documentation.
Ensure timely completion of offer documentation and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth handover of selected candidates to the HR/Onboarding team.
Maintain proper recruitment records for reporting and audit purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

5–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple companies or business units.
Ability to independently manage recruitment requirements for a Group of Companies.
Experience in multi-location recruitment, preferably across India and the UAE.
Strong experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
Experience handling bulk hiring, specialized positions, managerial roles, and senior-level recruitment.
Hands-on experience with ATS and AI-based recruitment tools.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, social media recruitment, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent stakeholder-management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and recruitment-planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet strict hiring deadlines.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
UAE recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
