Job Title: Senior Accounts & Audit Manager

Location: Dwarka Sector 3, New Delhi

Joining: Immediate Preferred

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the complete accounting function and manage internal and statutory audit activities for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, auditing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST, TDS, payroll coordination, and general ledger management.
Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, monthly P&L, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, ROC filings, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Lead and coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits, ensuring timely submission of audit schedules and required documentation.
Liaise with external auditors, Chartered Accountants, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Handle vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations, along with ledger scrutiny and account finalization.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business planning.
Identify financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and implement process improvements.
Lead and manage an accounts team of up to 5 members, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
8–12 years of experience in accounting and audit, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, statutory audits, and internal audits.
Hands-on experience in financial reporting, account finalization, and audit coordination.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting/ERP software.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
